So w/the 4th, and the long weekend, I feel like all I did was bake, layer and frost something...lol...we went to Tom's aunt and uncle's house in Wisconsin for their annual July 4th party. We had a great time, so much that I think we were like the 3rd or 4th to get there, and pretty much the last to leave. :) We played several games of volleyball with some of Tom's family, enjoyed some great food, and fantastic fireworks. I have some pictures I will post in a bit of some fireworks and stuff, but the BEST fireworks picture is on Luke's camera that I took while he was catching himself on fire...I mean lighting the fireworks lol :) So hopefully I will be able to share that picture with you soon! Anyways, soo for the party we made this red, white and blue triffle(the thing in the bowl) which was in a paula deen magazine from Tom's mom. Everyone loved it, I didn't have any lol but I believe them...then I made a jello flag w/whip cream stripes and stars for that party as well...then on Sunday I made a chocolate cake w/buttercream frosting w/a flag design. anyways, so thats the explaination of these pictures...next blog! lol :)
